Biography
Hi there! I’m Kieran Crawte, a Game Developer currently based near Guildford in the UK. Most recently I’ve been working at Absolutely Games as a Level Designer, where I worked on Classified: France ‘44.
I’m a graduate of Staffordshire University, having completed a BEng(Hons) in Computer Games Design with a focus on Game Design, Level Design, Narrative Design and Interactive Worldbuilding. I have experience with industry-standard programs for a variety of disciplines including Unreal Engine and Unity. I’ve also worked in the industry as a QA Tester for a number of years, having provided testing and feedback for numerous award-winning titles across Console, Desktop and Mobile.
My biggest professional achievement to date is being promoted to the Design team for Classified: France ‘44 after having proven myself as the sole QA tester for the title during pre-production, quickly integrating into the team and directly contributing to the game’s content from Pre-Alpha through to GMC.
My favourite game franchises include Persona, Mass Effect and Assassin’s Creed. I enjoy several different genres within the video game space, especially RPGs and Action-Adventure games. Outside of video games, I also hold interests in TRPGs, Ancient History, YouTube content creation and Japanese Animation.

Acted as a QA Tester for Testology and later Globalstep UK, where I was responsible for identifying and reporting bugs and issues on a variety of software and platforms ranging from games to apps and websites.
Games Tested: Biomutant, Worms WMD, Lake Ridden, A Year of Rain, No Man's Sky, Stardew Valley, Darksiders 3, Two Point Hospital.

Acted as Creative Lead & Lead Producer for Divebomber Studios, where I was responsible for leading and managing a 24-man team, defining its narrative vision and maintaining key technical documentation for the creation of Definitely Not Dodgeball, a fast-paced third-person multiplayer action game.
